Associate Lead Consultant - Success Factors Job

We are looking forward to hire Success Factors Professionals in the following areas :

SuccessFactors Reporting

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using:

- Canvas Reports

- Table Reports

- Story Reports (People Analytics)

- Report Center

- Workforce Analytics (if applicable)

- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.

- Create dashboards and analytical reports for all modules in SuccessFactors.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SuccessFactors modules.

- Support report scheduling, distribution, and role-based access controls.

- Perform troubleshooting and optimization of reporting access and performance.

- Assist business users with report creation, interpretation, and self-service reporting capabilities.

- Coordinate with functional teams for reporting enhancements and data validation.

SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS)

- Configure and maintain IAS tenant settings.

- Manage authentication methods including:

- Password Authentication

- Corporate Identity Providers (SAML/OIDC)

- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Conditional Authentication Policies

- Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

- Monitor authentication logs and investigate login-related issues.

- Support implementation of SAP security best practices.

- Configure and maintain source and target system provisioning jobs.

- Implement user provisioning and de-provisioning processes using:

SCIM

- OData APIs

- SuccessFactors Integrations

- Develop and maintain IPS transformation mappings.

- Troubleshoot synchronization failures, provisioning errors, and attribute mapping issues.

- Perform audit reviews and ensure compliance with identity governance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.

- Experience with People Analytics and Story Reporting.

- Knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and reporting framework.

- Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
