Senior Software Engineer - Data Engineering, Full Stack & BI

Job Overview:

Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.

Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

Primary & Good to Have skills :

Data Engineering & Integration: SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Databases, Cloud Architecture. Good to have : Snowflake, Databricks, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, DataStage, PySpark, Hive, Cloudera, AWS, Azure, PL/SQL, Python, Model N

Data Management: Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Governance. Good to have : Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Data Governance (Collibra)

Full Stack Engineering: .NET, Full Stack Development, REST API Development, Java. Good to Have : Angular, React, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, TypeScript, NestJS, .NET API, C#

Analytics & BI: Reporting, Data Analysis, BI Development, Data Modeling. Good to Have: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, DAX

Years of Experience :

Grade 130 - 2 to 4 years; Grade 140 - 5 to 7 Years; Grade 150 - 8 to 12 Years

Essential Functions

• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.

• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.

• Analyzes user requirements/needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.

• Supports and may lead projects within own organization with limited complexity, including the development of small to medium size system components.

• Has broad understanding of quality standards and work requires minimal revision.

• Reviews functional specifications and other validation deliverables as assigned.

• Provides peer support and helps on-board new Associate Software Engineers to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
