YOUR MISSION

- Koordination und Begleitung von Accounting-Projekten
- Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen im Rahmen bereichsübergreifender Projekte
- Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei vielfältigen Fragestellungen im Bereich Accounting
- Bilanzielle Bewertung und Beurteilung unterschiedlicher Geschäftsvorfälle und Sachverhalte
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des konsolidierten HGB-Abschlusses
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Reports
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Abläufe
- Übernahme der Key-User-Funktion im Bereich Retail Accounting für relevante Projekte
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer .

YOUR TALENT

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
