About Regnology

Regnology is a recognized leader in regulatory, risk, tax, and finance reporting technology— connecting regulators and the regulated across more than 100 countries. Our unique position enables us to span the full spectrum of industry needs, delivering solutions that address both oversight and compliance requirements to a broad range of clients, including global Tier 1 banks, local and regional institutions, corporates, insurers, and authorities.

What you'll do

As a Project Coordinator in Regnology, you will be responsible for managing core internal administrative workflows across regional engagements. Your central duties include tracking and approving team timesheets and initiating the billing process for both Time & Material (hourly-billed) and Fixed Price (milestone-billed) projects. Your diligent administrative support serves as the vital operational backbone ensuring hours and invoicing stay accurate.

This position is strictly internal and non-client-facing to begin with, allowing you to build foundational competence without client pressure. Over time, you will learn core project management principles under senior team members’ mentorship and progressively take on simple, structured projects to interact directly with clients.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our APAC Program Management team as a Project Coordinator in Pune. This entry-level role offers an exceptional springboard to break into project management, starting with hands-on mastery of essential day-to-day project operations.

Your key accountabilities are:

Timesheet Verification & Approvals : Review, verify, and approve weekly timesheets submitted by delivery team members, ensuring all project hours and work codes are recorded accurately and on schedule.

Timesheet Discrepancy Resolution : Track missing submissions, follow up with consultants to resolve time-logging errors, and ensure accurate, audit-ready timekeeping records across all active projects.

Billing & Invoicing Workflows : Initiate and coordinate invoicing workflows for both Time & Material (T&M) and Fixed Price engagements, verifying hours against billing caps or milestone completion criteria.

Operational Administration (Zero-PM Projects) : Serve as the administrative coordinator for projects operating without dedicated Project Managers, tracking delivery milestones and operational status behind the scenes.

Project Registers & Tool Maintenance : Maintain up-to-date project tracking registers, status logs, and internal financial records in collaboration with regional project stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration : Work closely with APAC program management leaders, delivery teams, and finance operations to eliminate administrative bottlenecks and ensure prompt billing.

Professional Development & Client Growth : Proactively learn fundamental project management methodologies and prepare to gradually transition into client-facing project coordination over time.

Why we should decide on you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who brings the following qualifications and mindset:

Educational Qualifications : A newly completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (this position is specifically designed for fresh graduates).

Administrative & Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail when working with schedules, task codes, timesheets, and financial data.

Communication Proficiency : Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly, confidently, and professionally with internal regional teams.

Spreadsheet & Computer Fluency : Comfortable working with spreadsheet tools (such as Microsoft Excel) to organize data, track submissions, and using AI tools (e.g. Gemini) to generate basic operational summaries.

Dependability & Ownership : High level of personal responsibility, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to manage routine administrative workflows independently.

Would be an advantage:

Adaptability : Ability to adjust to evolving business requirements and suggest improvements.

Prior Internship or Administrative Exposure : Any prior corporate internship, university student committee leadership, or office administrative experience involving task tracking, timesheet collection, scheduling, or basic invoice coordination.

Intermediate Spreadsheet Fluency : Working familiarity with intermediate Microsoft Excel features (such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, and data reconciliation) to streamline timesheet validation and billing calculations.

Exposure to Project Management & Collaboration Software : Hands-on familiarity with common team collaboration or workflow tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira).

Continuous Learning & Google Project Management Certificate (Highly Encouraged) : A strong desire to learn and build a career in Project Management. While this role does not include a company-sponsored PM course, candidates are strongly encouraged to complete the Google Project Management Certificate to build a solid methodological foundation.

Why you should decide on us

Market Leadership : Join a global leader where our agile culture and innovative spirit allow you to shape the future of financial stability.

International Scope : Take ownership of high-profile international projects and benefit from our global internal mobility initiatives.

Growth & Mentorship : Access a wide range of our technical and functional training opportunities.

Culture of Inclusion : We foster a supportive, transparent atmosphere with frequent team events and a commitment to diversity.

To get started, we only need your CV. We look forward to meeting you in a virtual or personal interview!
