High school diploma or equivalent, required
1–2 years experience in a physician office (primary care or ENT preferred)
Completion of accredited Medical Assisting program (CAAHEP, ABHES, or AMT‑approved) Preferred
CMA, RMA, or LPN certification, Highly Preferred
Current BLS certification preferred
Experience with Epic preferred.
