Services are delivered in home and community-based settings using evidence-based and research-supported practices, including High Fidelity Wraparound, Motivational Interviewing, Nurturing Parenting, Seeking Safety, and other approved interventions that strengthen family functioning, improve safety, promote permanency, and support long-term family stability. The Reunification and Support Services Division includes the FITT and BabyCAT programs, which provide intensive in-home services to children and families identified by child welfare organizations or other community agencies as at risk of abuse or neglect, or to families working toward reunification through the child welfare system. These programs are subject to change.

The Director reports to the Senior Director of Families First and is the liaison between the program and administration.

The Director collaborates with agency leadership, child welfare organizations, community agencies, referral partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and improve outcomes for children and families. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all programs under their oversight achieve established annual client-facing, client care service expectations.
