In this role, you will play a key part in supporting business performance and operational excellence by creating and delivering accurate reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. You will collect, validate, and analyze operational and service-related data, transform insights into meaningful performance metrics, and support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will handle requests from Kuehne+Nagel offices worldwide and coordinate spot quote activities, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery

## How you create impact

- Manage and report customer non-conformities and performance indicators for selected Global Accounts, ensuring data accuracy and service excellence.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and service-related data to transform insights into meaningful actions.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-focused reporting through dashboards and performance reports.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to identify trends, track performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

## What we would like you to bring

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of data analytics, mathematics/statistics, and VBA/macros is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Effective multitasking capabilities and experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
