Manufacturing Rotating Operations Coordinator; 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Bama Frozen Dough (2435 N. Lewis AVE. Tulsa, OK 74110)

Starting Pay Rate : $21.80 3rd Shift Differential: $2.50

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time

Bama's schedule requires team members to be present for daily meetings 1st Shift (6:45) 2nd Shift (2:45) 3rd Shift (10:45).

Your role as a Bama Companies; Operations Coordinator:

The operations coordinator is expected to understand, engage, and assist the Production Supervisor in leading production activities for their shift, including all lines pertaining to the Operations area. The operations coordinator oversees the Production process to ensure human safety, product safety, product quality, sanitation, efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- Must have High School diploma or GED

- Valid food handler's card through Tulsa Health Department (fee covered by Bama when hired)

- Meet the physical requirements of the position

Required Experience: Understand manufacturing guidelines for food safety and sanitation. Experience with set-up and operation of packaging machinery. Experience with set-up and operation of automated batch processing systemDemonstrated problem solving ability. Must have proven safety record in past work history

Duties :

- Conduct physical walk-thru of line with oncoming Operations Coordinator

- Ensure proper staffing to production model

- Ensure daily communication with employees at shift Crossover meetings

- Provide consistent leadership presence on floor

- Complete Daily Check Sheet

- Complete assigned investigations and projects – As Needed
