Warehouse Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Shift assignments will be based on operational needs.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations and help keep our team running efficiently.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities. While this is not a formal supervisory position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support Team Leads with daily operations.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Team Lead or Supervisor role .

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Support Team Leads in coordinating daily workflows and maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
- Identify and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and workflow delays.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, when trained and authorized.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. E-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory processes.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and operational processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and support team members when needed.
- Mandarin-English bilingual skills preferred.
