About the Role
HIT is looking for a full-time Assistant Day Supports Manager to join our Day Program team! In this role, youll work closely with the Day Supports Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional services within the Day Supports setting. Youll provide hands-on supervision and guidance to Direct Support Professionals, deliver staff training, and actively monitor programs to ensure each individual receives the quality support they deserve.

Education and/or Experience:

- This position requires A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

- Preferably two years of DD-related experience and/or training.

- Proficient observation skills and ability to communicate observations accurately, verbally and in writing. Basic computer operation skills required.
