- Hands-on experience with specification-first delivery, translating requirements into specifications and tests with AI-assisted engineering.
- Practical experience using artificial intelligence to improve investment workflows, engineering productivity, software quality, testing, documentation and delivery effectiveness.
- Experience governing proprietary and vendor platforms, outsourced service models and complex commercial relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity, rationalize fragmented platforms, align business and technology teams, and communicate clearly with senior executives and technical teams.
