About this role

Optics11 is a fast-growing technology company developing advanced fiber-optic sensing solutions for some of the world’s most demanding environments.

Our solutions protect critical infrastructure such as sea-lanes, offshore energy assets and subsea cables. In Underwater Security, OptiBarrier provides immediate, over-the-horizon threat detection and OptiArray is our low-power optical thin-line towed array for unmanned underwater vehicles and submarines. In Energy, OptiFender enables early detection of faults in high-voltage infrastructure.

As Sales Enablement Specialist you will make sure every member of Optics11’s growing sales organisation has the right content, knowledge and tools to win. You will be part of the Global Sales team, work closely with the Sales Directors, Bid Management, Marketing, Product Management, Legal and IT.

You own the sales content library, onboarding and training, and the effective and responsible use of AI in Sales. As the team grows rapidly, you make sure new colleagues become productive quickly and that everything the team uses is current, accurate and approved.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the sales content library, keeping all collateral (pitch decks, product sheets, battlecards, case studies, proposal boilerplate) current, version-controlled and easy to find.
- Run a content lifecycle with Marketing and Product Management, covering review cycles, expiry dates, updates after product releases and retirement of outdated material.
- Ensure external collateral complies with confidentiality and export control requirements, together with Legal and Compliance.
- Maintain a library of reusable tender content for Bid Management (technical descriptions, standard compliance answers, references).
- Build and maintain the onboarding programme for new Sales Directors and Tech Sales, with the aim of reducing time to productivity.
- Develop and deliver training on products, applications, sales methodology, CRM and processes, and maintain a training calendar and certification tracking.
- Maintain the approved AI tools, use cases, prompt libraries and guidelines for Sales, in line with Optics11 IT, security and data protection policies.
- Keep the knowledge sources that AI tools use current and validated, so output is based on correct and approved information.
- Train the sales team on the effective and responsible use of AI, and monitor output quality.
- Translate field feedback, win/loss insights and competitor information into updated battlecards and messaging.
- Measure content usage and training effectiveness, and report on it to the Sales Operations Lead.
- Collaborate with Marketing to organise sales kick-offs and internal knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement processes and tools, with automation as the default.

What we offer:

- Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing deep-tech scale-ups.
- Real impact: your work directly shapes our growth and success.
- A great team in an international organisation with colleagues from more than twenty nationalities.
- A competitive salary and benefits package.
- 30 days of holiday per year.
- Fresh team lunches five times a week, plus regular team activities and company events.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in a business context, and a critical eye for output quality.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, practical content.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
