About this role
Arbella Insurance is seeking a part-time, temporary Occupational Health Nurse to support employee health, safety, and well-being. This role partners with Human Resources and our leaders to promote a healthy workplace and care for our employees. The work schedule is 9:30am to 3:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
# Key Responsibilities
- Provide general first aid, workplace health assessments and guidance/referrals within the scope of nursing practice.
- Support work-related injury follow-up and return-to-work coordination with HR and healthcare providers.
- Assist with wellness initiatives, health education, and workplace safety programs.
- Provide general oversight of employee leave management, serve as a liaison between employees and leave administrators when an employee is navigating a newly diagnosed health condition.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in MA and current CPR/BLS certification.
- Occupational health, employee health, or related nursing experience needed.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and sound clinical judgment.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the hourly wage range for this position is approximately $42.00 to $52.00 an hour based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
