Location: Marietta, GA    
Position Type: Full-time – Non Exempt 
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00  + Benefits Day 1

What You Will Do
- Monitor Flexcar sites and complete regular log entries

- Monitor a 24/7 dedicated email and phone line to assist with supporting company vendors

- Escalate to security management and document site events involving law enforcement or 3 rd party security response

- Monitor, collect, and document critical information related to global and regional incidents that may impact locations, operations, or assets

- Assign routine 3 rd party dispatch activities and communicate assignments to appropriate sites and stakeholders

- Review incoming alarm notifications and respond in accordance with established procedures

- Document all security events, actions taken, notifications, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly

- Protect confidential, sensitive, and proprietary security information

- Perform other duties assigned by GSOC supervisors and management related to security, safety, and GSOC operations 
 
What You Will Have
- Prior experience in physical security operations, risk management, loss prevention, or operations center environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
-  Strong critical thinking and analytic capabilities

- Strong written and oral communication and people skills

- Valid driver's license required and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

- Ability to understand and use various security systems and technologies; video management/review systems, electronic access control, emergency notifications, alarms, and standard office software

- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

- Ability to evaluate information, prioritize incidents, and follow established escalation procedures

- Ability to prepare accurate, clear, and concise incident reports and operational logs
