Associate, Events
Job Description:
HITT’s events are an important expression of our brand—bringing together clients, partners, and team members to celebrate meaningful milestones, strengthen relationships, and create memorable experiences. The Events Associate plays an essential role in delivering these moments with quality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail.
Reporting to the Events Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale internal and client-facing events across the enterprise. These experiences may include project milestone celebrations, client and team member engagements, corporate gatherings, industry award programs, tradeshows, sponsorships, and regional initiatives.
You will work closely with the Events team, Team Member Engagement, and collaborate with the broader marketing department, regional office managers, and other internal and external key stakeholders. From the first planning conversation through event-day execution and closeout, you will help keep details organized, communications timely, and every element moving forward.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and energized by bringing people together. You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, anticipate needs, and remain composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong project coordination, written communication, administrative, and relationship-building skills—as well as a genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences for HITT’s clients, partners, and team members.
Domestic travel and occasional evening or weekend support are required.
