Your role:

· Review and authorization of offers (Contracts + On Call)

· Receipt of handovers, contract uploads with validation of figures and coverage

· Reporting of productivity measures for each contract

· Analysis of clauses and requirements, distribution of activities to other CS areas

· Ensure billing according to the requirements of each contract

· Follow-up on documentation for billing

· Negotiation with internal and external clients (client visits if the situation requires)

· Interaction with Area Managers, Customer Service Sales, and Operations to ensure contract compliance

· Attention and service to client requests, focus on Cash In impact, follow-up, and resolution of open points in dispute management related to the managed contract

· Analysis and review of Revenue FC

· Provide transparency, analysis, and effective communication to all stakeholders

· Control of Order Entry and Backlog of contracts

· Ensure revenue recognition in accordance with the company’s internal regulations, including deferred revenue control

· Analysis of planned vs. actual margin according to the contract and documenting deviations in the same (NCC)

· Attend to and document internal and external audit requirements

· Involvement in recording and analysis of penalties

· Integration of manual and system accounts

· Handling requests from the CCC (Customer Care Center)

· Improvement projects (process automation)

· Analysis for financial reports, contract assets, and cash flow may be required.

· Analysis for Topline FC processes (deadlines/country calls/preparation calls/presentations/data quality).
