- Managing cases in ServiceNow and processing transactions in Workday with complete and accurate records, clear case notes, appropriate supporting documentation and timely communication to stakeholders.
- Applying global processes together with relevant local legal, regulatory, language and compliance requirements, and raising exceptions or risks to the Team Lead or appropriate specialist team.
- Owning cases through to resolution, coordinating with HRBPs, HR Partners, Payroll, Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology and process owners when cross-functional input is required.
- Using approved knowledge articles, work instructions and templates; identifying outdated content, recurring issues and opportunities to improve self-service, standardisation and service quality.
- Contributing to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, backup coverage and continuous improvement while meeting agreed service, quality and productivity expectations.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in HR operations, People Services, shared services, customer service or employee administration, with exposure to employee lifecycle processes and query or case management.
- Practical knowledge of HR policies, employee-data handling, documentation, service delivery and compliance; experience using Workday, ServiceNow or comparable HR and case-management systems is an advantage.
- Significant employee focus, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the judgement to resolve standard matters and escalate complex, sensitive or non-standard cases.
- Clear communication, planning and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work across teams and support employees and managers in a consistent and professional way
