In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

- Supporting efficient payment processing
- Involved in all markets payment processing and support of payment methods
- Ensure all payment transactions are processed correctly in real-time, identifying any failures or discrepancies.
- Monitor payment gateways and third-party processors to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
- Mentor and training new team members on payment systems, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers regarding payment systems and issues
- Verify and reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to payments
- Identify opportunities for improving payment processing procedures and workflows
- Participate in testing (debugging bugs, testing new functionality in order to understand its work)
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance related to payment gateway integrations or issues (e.g., credit card, debit card, e-wallets, etc.).
- Ensure that payment systems are working as expected, making sure transactions are processed without delays.
- Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
- Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements.
- Work in the administrative panel developed by the company
- Communicate with payment provider support representatives
- Coordinate with both customers and internal teams (e.g., finance, IT, or customer support) to resolve payment-related issues.
- Ensure that all payment transactions follow legal and company policies, particularly around data security
- Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
- Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements

Required skills:

- Knowledge of Russian language (Native)
- English language B1+
