A day in the life.

A Client Support Associate on our Employee Health & Benefits team helps keep client service work moving smoothly by coordinating day-to-day requests and making sure issues such as claims, billing, and eligibility are tracked and routed to the right team members for follow-up. In this role, the associate works closely with the Client Manager, Strategic, and/or Consultant to support client strategy, maintain project planners and tracking logs, and provide organized information for client responses. The work often includes entering accurate data into the agency management system, gathering documents and materials needed for proposals and requests for proposal, and helping prepare client presentations with the right agendas, content, and supporting materials.

This role also plays an important part in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting a wide range of benefit-related deliverables. A typical day may include coordinating with carriers and subject matter experts, requesting and reviewing plan documents, assisting with open enrollment materials and meetings, and helping collect schedules needed for compliance requirements such as Form 5500 preparation. The Client Support Associate works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting both internal teams and external client contacts.
