Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer with strong expertise in
Microservices Architecture, Cloud Technologies (Azure & AWS), Database
Development, and API Integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience
building scalable backend platforms, developing cloud-native applications, integrating
monitoring solutions, and working in Agile development environments.
The candidate should be able to independently explore, troubleshoot, and deliver high
quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in
customer-facing product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Python
applications.
• Build backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask and Django.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for enterprise-scale applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best
practices.
Cloud & Microservices
• Design and implement cloud-native microservices architecture on AWS and Azure.
• Deploy and manage applications using containers and Kubernetes.
• Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions and AWS Lambda.
• Integrate messaging and event-driven services within cloud environments.
Database & Integration
• Design and integrate data storage solutions including relational databases, queues,
and event streams.
• Develop and optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and
MySQL.
• Integrate applications with Kafka and other messaging services.
• Build scalable and reliable backend data processing services.
Monitoring & Reliability
• Integrate applications with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Analyze telemetry, system metrics, and application logs.
• Monitor CPU, memory, storage, network latency, and service health.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues.
Quality Engineering & DevOps
• Develop automated tests using PyTest and related frameworks.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Maintain coding standards, documentation, and software quality processes.
• Manage source code repositories using GitHub.
Customer & Team Collaboration
• Participate in product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Support Agile delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
