Job Description
Are you looking for a new challenge in Client Data Services? We are seeking a dedicated Client Data Services Officer (f/m/d) to support our day-to-day operations. As a member of the Client Data Services team, you will play an important role in ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.

- Review and process account openings and changes to client relationships accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with formal requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Carry out data cleansing and migration activities to improve data quality
- Proactively support front- and back-office teams in meeting formal requirements
- Ensure that client data is entered and maintained accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to the testing of new and existing functionalities and help shape the continued development of the CLM platform
Requirements
- Education: A completed commercial or business-related qualification; a degree or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage
- Professional experience: Experience in client service, administration or client data management, preferably within the financial services industry
- Approach: A proven ability to work accurately and reliably when maintaining client records or supporting client-related processes
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant business software, such as client data management or CRM systems; strong organisational and time-management skills
- Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and at least one Swiss national language
