About this role

Targeting Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:

As a Targeting Analyst you will be a member of a team of experts conducting thorough research and analysis to develop a series of target packages, advancing them from the Basic Target Development phase level to the Intermediate Target Development (ITD) level. Other targets may be assessed at the Intermediate Target Development level as candidates for target refresh. Tasks for Intermediate Target Development include evaluating and composing both a Target Remarks and a Graphics Package. Developing targets to the ITD standard requires a combination of high-quality imagery analysis combined with robust all-source analysis to generate doctrinally-compliant target packages. In the Targeting Analyst role, you will specialize in building directly on the authoritative GEOINT foundation, transitioning from imagery-driven assessments to a structured, multi-source analytic process that generates the remaining ITD components required for client compliance. You will leverage OSINT, high-quality academic data sources as well as classified reporting from client internal tools, to build out the all-source assessment sections of the ITD target package

As the team’s Targeting SME, you will train and guide junior analysts on the targeting process and ensure the team establishes a methodologically repeatable and defensive approach. You will provide a second level of review of ITD materials for quality assurance, policy compliance, analytic accuracy, and alignment with client standards.  This is your chance to expand your knowledge and strengthen your analytic skills cooperation through teamwork, leadership, and commitment to the EUCOM mission.

We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our war fighters, military leaders, allies, and partners.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
