Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver – Osceola, WI

Monday–Friday | Afternoon Shifts | 30 Hours Per Week

Schedule & Client Details

- Location: Osceola, WI

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, afternoon shifts

- Hours: 6 hours per day, approximately 30 hours per week

- Client: Adult in their early 40s

- Mobility: Client uses a Sara Steady transfer aid

- Home Environment: Two cats and two dogs (one dog will be kenneled)

- Transportation: No client transportation required

Here's a Big-Picture View of What You'll Do:

- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

- Provide toileting assistance while maintaining client dignity and comfort

- Assist with safe transfers using a Sara Steady transfer aid

- Prepare meals and assist with daily household routines

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment

- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

A Few Must-Haves for Personal Care Aides/Caregivers:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred

- Experience using a Sara Steady or similar transfer equipment is a plus

- Reliable transportation to and from the client's home

- Comfortable working in a home with cats and dogs

- Dependable, compassionate, and able to commit to a Monday–Friday afternoon schedule

- Ability to safely assist with personal care and transfers in accordance with the client's care plan
