Job Description:
FULLY REMOTE | CLEARVIEW CANCER INSTITUTE
Complex planning, modern tools, and a team that knows your name — all from home. Clearview Cancer Institute is hiring a full-time, entirely remote medical dosimetrist to help shape exceptional treatment planning in a busy, sophisticated radiation oncology practice. Hours are Central Time.
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside our radiation oncologists and medical physicists on high-quality, individualized plans across the full range of techniques: 3D conformal, IMRT/VMAT, SRS, fractionated stereotactic, SBRT, image-guided, and motion-managed treatments. Complex planning isn’t the exception here; it’s everyday practice.
Your toolkit: Varian Eclipse, ARIA, MOSAIQ, Brainlab, Radformation, and MIM, backed by a team that continually refines its planning approach to focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
What Matters Here
- Collaboration. Open communication across dosimetry, physics, and physicians. Remote doesn’t mean isolated: you get the focus of working from home and a team that answers fast and has your back.
- Ownership. Sound clinical judgment, ideas shared freely, and workflows improved together, with room to grow into new techniques, special projects, and responsibilities as your interests develop.
- Patients first. Many of our patients are members of our own community and face some of the hardest moments of their lives. We give every plan our best because it makes a real difference.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- CMD certification is preferred; CMD-eligible candidates will be considered.
- Experience with complex treatment planning and Eclipse is valuable.
- MOSAIQ, Brainlab, Radformation, or MIM is a plus.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- A commitment to patient safety, continuous improvement, and professional excellence.
Benefits That Support Your Whole Life
We believe taking care of our team is an important part of taking care of our patients.
Our employee benefits are designed to support your health, financial well-being, and future, with offerings that may include:
- Comprehensive health coverage to support you and your family.
- Retirement savings benefits to help you plan for the future.
- Paid time off and holidays so you can recharge and enjoy life beyond work.
- Professional development opportunities to continue building your knowledge and expertise.
