Position Overview
The Project Manager will support a global Cooling Products team within a large power systems division, leading the project management function for its portfolio of work. This role partners closely with engineering, supply chain, and Project Management Office (PMO) staff to keep projects organized, on track, and visible to leadership, while offering exposure to leaders across the core component organization and the opportunity to develop program management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and track the status of all Cooling Products projects, incorporating updates from the engineering team
- Facilitate project planning meetings
- Mine, extract, and analyze project data, and present findings to management to support business decisions
- Provide day-to-day project management support across the full Cooling Products portfolio

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical or Industrial), Technical Communications, or a related technical field
- 5–7 years of professional experience; internships of up to 6 months may count toward this, with engineering/technical internships preferred
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Project (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to generate reports using Power BI
Professional Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey detailed information concisely through executive summaries
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively within defined processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or technical experience, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- PMP certification
- Ability to communicate upward to key leaders and managers
- Desire for personal and professional growth

Expected Compensation: $71,000-76,000 per annum
