We are looking for a dependable and motivated IAQ Installer Helper to assist our HVAC team with indoor air quality installations, duct cleaning, HVAC system cleaning, and ductwork replacement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow their skills in the HVAC industry.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with residential air duct cleaning and indoor air quality services.
- Help clean HVAC systems and components to improve system cleanliness and performance.
- Assist with removing and replacing existing ductwork.
- Support the installation of indoor air quality (IAQ) packages and equipment.
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and ensure equipment is ready for each installation.
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and other assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.
- Provide professional and courteous service while working in customers’ homes.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the IAQ Installer or HVAC management team.

Qualifications

- Previous HVAC, ductwork, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn indoor air quality products, installation techniques, and HVAC procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential work areas as required.
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
