Senior Recruiter, Sales | Remote (FL, NC, TX)
$85K–$100K | Full-time W2 | Momentum Solar
We hire sales reps at volume, and we need recruiters who treat hiring like a sport. You’ll run the whole cycle yourself: find them, vet them, close them.
Your day:
- Hunting for sales talent where it actually lives, not just where it applies
- Running phone screens and interviews that cut fast and get to the truth
- Closing offers and getting people to day one
- Pushing sales managers for feedback in hours, not weeks
- Running your pipeline in Phenom and knowing your numbers without looking
Who wins here:
- Full-cycle recruiters with 3+ years in, who have done volume and liked it
- People who can tell you their fill rate, time-to-hire, and acceptance rate off the top of their head
- Sourcers who get bored when the inbox is quiet and go find people
