Step inside a world shaped by human imagination, tactile magic, and psychedelic wonder! Seasonal, part-time positions entail a work schedule of 29 hours a week or less over a 90-day period. Ideal candidates can work evenings, weekends, holidays, events and can commit to the full season from communicated start date and ending approx. 90 days later. Following the completion of 90 days, permanent full time and part time positions will be made available to selected candidates.

Retail & Guest Services Associate

The Retail & Guest Services Associate role at Meow Wolf is a cross-trained position that supports both guest services and retail operations. On any given shift, you may welcome and orient guests at arrival, assist with ticketing and entry, answer questions throughout the exhibition, and later help guests find merchandise, work the register, and support the gift shop floor. This role combines exceptional hospitality, strong communication skills, and retail support to ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and connected to the Meow Wolf experience from arrival to departure.
