Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters / Blasters for projects located in or around Saint Cloud, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Apply industrial coatings according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Mix and prepare paint materials for application
- Hang, prep, and position parts prior to painting
- Perform caulking and install rivet nuts as needed during production
- Operate, maintain, and clean spray painting equipment
- Assist with paint booth maintenance and general shop upkeep
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and parts
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience using spray equipment and applying industrial coatings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high safety standards
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
