Job Description
SOTA Administrative Programs Manager
Overview: ODMHSAS is seeking a highly qualified professional to serve as Oklahoma’s State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA) and statewide subject matter expert for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) and methadone treatment. This position will support the development and oversight of Oklahoma’s statewide opioid treatment system, with a focus on opioid treatment programs (OTPs), methadone treatment, regulatory compliance, and coordination with providers and state and federal partners. This position bridges clinical practice and regulatory requirements to promote accessible, high-quality, evidence-based, person-centered care and improved treatment access, engagement, retention, and continuity. The candidate will bring strong subject matter expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and policy issues while supporting legislative inquiries and emerging priorities.
This position is fully grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Continued employment is dependent on the continuation of funding.
