- Release Communication: Draft training content and update announcements for Customer Success Managers and sales personnel to promote feature adoption.

3. Software Support Policy & Regional Execution

- Request Processing: Process software support and entitlement requests across core system releases, device lifecycles, and software licenses.
- Quote Approvals: Serve as an authorized reviewer and approval contact in sales systems for service quotes.

- Technical Bulletins: Author and publish standard operational guidelines and release summaries for regional teams.

4. Innovation & Process Automation

- Workflow Automation: Leverage AI productivity tools and workflow platforms to automate routine administrative intake, task evaluation, and tracking processes.
- Task Management: Track project deliverables, monitor ticket workflows, and participate in system user acceptance testing using project tracking tools.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Central Liaison: Connect product development, sales, pricing, field service, and regional GTM teams to resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Governance Support: Contribute data and operational analysis for Global Portfolio Business Reviews.
