About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services. Using our proven sales process and cutting-edge technology, you will design customized bath remodeling solutions and help customers bring their vision to life.

What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company-provided technology
- Present pricing and financing options
- Close sales and achieve monthly performance goals
- Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or related sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
