Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans to patients in a clear, caring, and confident way
- Review and explain costs, insurance coverage, and patient responsibility
- Verify insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns and pre-authorizations
- Present financing options, payment plans, and our in-house Wellness Plan
- Coordinate larger cases such as implants, dentures, crowns, and clear aligners with the doctor and clinical team
- Follow up with patients on pending and unscheduled treatment
- Schedule treatment appointments and help keep the schedule productive
- Coordinate free dental implant consultations
- Provide exceptional customer service from the first conversation to completed treatment
Skills:
- At least 2 years of dental experience preferred
- Proven experience presenting treatment plans and achieving strong case acceptance
- Working knowledge of dental insurance, benefits, and pre-authorizations
- Comfort discussing finances and third-party financing with patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
