This is a development role designed to create immediate commercial leverage while helping build the future Sales organization. The Associate will develop foundational experience in client management, business analysis, sales execution and cross-functional collaboration, owning clearly defined workstreams with guidance and coaching from Account Executives and subject matter experts. The role is intentionally designed to help the organization become simpler, faster, stronger, more efficient and more effective. The Associate will contribute to today’s execution needs while progressively developing Revenue Intelligence, One Visa Orchestration, AI-Augmented Commercial Excellence and Emerging Growth Discovery. Success will be measured not only by work completed, but by the leverage, simplification and business impact created for the broader organization.

While the Associate is expected to bring new perspectives and challenge assumptions constructively, accountability for client strategy, commercial commitments and organizational transformation remains with experienced leaders.
