Casting Group Leader - 2nd shift

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
- ​Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution;
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Candidates residing within a 50 miles radius of Dover NJ will only be considered.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prefer supervisory experience and/or departmental knowledge.
- Prefer shop floor experience and strong knowledge of department operational and working procedures, outside leadership experience also helpful.
- Seminars and training in supervision, communications, and ongoing improvement programs is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED

- This job requires occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and frequent standing
- The group leader works in a shop floor environment.
