Service Cashier

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service? Toyota Carlsbad is looking for a Service Department Cashier to join our team!

In this role, youll help customers complete the final step of their service visit by closing repair orders, processing payments accurately, and providing a welcoming, professional checkout experience.

What Youll Do

- Greet and acknowledge customers promptly, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

- Close repair orders and accurately collect and process payments for service, parts, rentals, vehicle sales, and other transactions.

- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, referring issues to the appropriate team member when needed.

- Follow established cash-handling, payment-processing, and quality control procedures.

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the dealership-provided uniform.

- Work weekends and overtime as needed.

- Assist with other duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring

- Two years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Cash-handling experience and a strong commitment to accuracy.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while assisting customers.

- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.

- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
