What We're Looking For:
The purpose of this internship is to prepare students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide students with experiences that provide insights into a career with Zebra. Students will be positioned for success with training and hands-on experiences, invited to social and development activities, and provided a professional mentor relationship.

The strategic partnership team focuses on developing and managing strategic operational partner relationships with key partners across product and solutions. The team leverages Zebra’s partner ecosystem to accelerate solutions and core technology development, supporting existing markets, engaging in new markets, bringing differentiation and value to customers, and ultimately generating profitable growth. We have 3 core pillars, and the candidate will be closely aligned to our technical partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- The intern will help drive operational tasks for strategic partner relations and new technology integration across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- This includes supporting various functions such as presentations, managing trackers, assisting with marketing efforts, and maintaining dashboards.

- The intern will also be involved in event planning and contributing to other strategic projects.

- A crucial part of the role will be to provide support in the strategy for introducing new technologies, which involves assisting with research and data analysis.
- The intern will contribute to the development of implementation plans for cutting-edge solutions, accelerating the adoption of new technologies for partners.

- The intern's work will directly help manage partners in the current ecosystem by ensuring high productivity and effectiveness.

- Through this project, the intern will gain valuable insights into dynamic team operations, receive exposure to leadership, and participate in various trainings.
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills, especially as it relates to Zebra's product portfolio.
- Manage team-based work assignments
- Practice interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow-up activities
- Communication Skills – Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Adaptability and Learning Agility – Willingness to learn quickly, embrace new tools or methods, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Technical Skills – Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with technology solutions)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in a undergraduate/graduate ( MS/MBA) degree program in Computer Engineering, Business or related field.
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between Dec 2027-May 2028
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

- Familiarity with Data Visualization or Project Management Tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN HOLTSVILLE, NY. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.

Salary: USD $33.00- USD $40.50 Hourly
