About the Role
You'll lead day-to-day recruiting across Troy Allan Companies, from developing talent pipelines and building community partnerships to interviewing candidates and coordinating the hiring process. You'll explore creative ways to attract talent and provide an exceptional recruiting experience to all who interact with Troy Allan Companies.
You'll standardize interview practices and provide ongoing training to team members involved in hiring. Beyond recruiting, you'll work closely with our HR Manager to support new hire experiences, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Professional experience in recruiting, sales, customer relations, HR, or another relationship-focused field.
- Natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and develop professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with the drive to take initiative, pursue opportunities, and follow through.
- Confidence in approaching new people, starting conversations, and generating interest.
- Strong discernment and sound judgment when evaluating candidates, recognizing potential, and making hiring recommendations.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and willing to explore new approaches.
- Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in helping people succeed.
