Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Texas Locations

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across Texas. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement PTA positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

Baird, Cedar Park, Corsicana, Dalhart, Fredericksburg, Houston, San Angelo, and additional Texas markets.

This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapist Assistants working within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or tech position.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $28-36/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience)

👩⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff
Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety
✅ Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Active Texas PTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Texas markets
Authorized to work in the United States
