The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Sr Business Systems Analyst for a full time role. Qualified candidates will own the development and integration of in-house ERP system. This role maintains a shared understanding of how systems and processes fit together, with engineering accountable for technical architecture and custom development.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and internal consultants/development team to integrate CRM/ERP system into a central CRM/ERP system
- Business analysis, Salesforce administration, functional solution design, and delivery coordination
- Own the internal business systems, and drive development and integration for a single source ERP system conversations that keep it realisticWork with leadership to define where core business records should be stored
- Work with internal consultants and development team
- Serve as the primary business systems liaison for all internal business units
- Map current workflows across departments, identify gaps in the systems which would slow down the business, and help to redesign those processes before they are automated
- Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and adoption plans that engineering and consultants can execute
- Facilitate decisions among stakeholders with competing needs and keep them aligned through delivery
- Serve as the functional owner of the internal ERP system to ensure consistent standards for fields, objects, stages, routing, ownership, and reporting
- Perform admin-level configuration directly: objects and fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards
- Partner with engineering and consultants on platform, website, and data integrations
- Own business requirements, functional solution design, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering on technical feasibility, architecture, and implementation
- Scope, brief, and manage consultants and integration partners; review their designs and deliverables
- Run projects end to end: scope, timeline, testing (UAT), training, rollout, and post-launch adoption
- Establish and maintain documentation of business processes, system designs, and data definitions
- Drive user adoption through training, and communication
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree required
- 7-10 years of experience with:
Business Systems Analysis
- CRM/ERP Administration- preferably with Salesforce
solution design
- data modeling

- Gathering requirements across all internal and external business units/stakeholders

- understanding code
