Are you ready to lead a team and drive operational excellence in Accounts Payable? As a KC Finance Accounts Payable Supervisor , you will coordinate payment processes, support supplier account management, and ensure financial accuracy and timely execution. You will work closely with your team, Treasury, and internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve critical issues, and contribute to the efficiency of our global Finance operations.

## How you create impact

- Coordinate daily activities, manage team performance, support issue resolution, and contribute to onboarding and training for new team members.
- Estimate and schedule cash outflows, align payment execution with Treasury, and ensure suppliers are included in payment schedules according to agreed priorities.
- Ensure accurate supplier reconciliations, follow up on overdue and outstanding payment items, and help prevent service or credit disruptions due to overdue accounts.
- Analyze reports, identify opportunities to optimize Accounts Payable processes, and implement improvement plans that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, support critical case resolution, coordinate with business units across participating countries, and ensure audit requirements are completed accurately and on time.

## What we would like you to bring

- A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including supplier reconciliations, payment processes, and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Previous team leadership experience is desirable, with the ability to guide performance, support team development, and collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of accounting and finance principles, Treasury operations, and office software tools. Experience with banking platforms is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, organization, customer orientation, teamwork, and excellent communication. Advanced Spanish and upper-intermediate English (B2) are required.
