We're looking for a dependable, skilled, and service-minded Property Maintenance Technician to help ensure our community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained for residents, families, and team members.
In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems, complete work orders, maintain community grounds, and support a comfortable living environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents. Your work will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming community where residents can feel at home.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, property management, or related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safe work practices and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
