Guest Service Key Holder/Lead

The Oasis Club at ChampionsGate , located in Davenport, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Service Key Holder/Lead! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:
Assists managers with customer service across the club including the Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this position will be responsible for successful opening/ closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. To include processing of daily reports, cash handling, and completion of opening/ closing checklists.

Essential Duties:

- Performs duties in association with and as directed by department managers.

- Provides customer service to club members, Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets and Pool Facility.

- Assist with Members reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

- Assists Managers in any working projects.

- Performs other duties as required.

- Responsible for opening and or closing the club. Shifts start at 8:30am or 3:00pm. Club hours 9a-9p.

Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

- 2 years experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.

Other Qualifications:

- Regular and reliable attendance.
