What You'll Do as Lead Teacher:
- Take the lead in creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Plan exciting lessons that spark curiosity and creativity
- Guide and support assistant teachers
- Foster meaningful connections with children and their families
- Keep your classroom clean, organized, and full of love
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are 18+ with a big heart for little learners
- Hold a TCC, CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- Are CPR/First Aid certified (or can get certified quickly)
- Can pass a background check (we prioritize safety!)
- Are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
