THE JOB:

As an Assistant Manager for Starbucks & Posh Burger at Aria , you will oversee the daily operations of our high-volume, premier quick-service venues, setting a fast-paced, welcoming stage with your vibrant energy and service. By understanding our guests' unique stories and quick-service needs—whether they are grabbing their morning artisanal espresso or enjoying a premium gourmet burger—you will own their experience to create WOW memories, leading your team to deliver spectacular, efficient hospitality in alignment with Aria's luxury standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

- Review daily schedules and manage time-off and vacation requests; coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance
- Supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are followed by service staff, as well as manage activities, means of access and egress, to ensure full compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshal regulations
- Directly communicate with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
- Assist with seasonal and holiday menu changes
- Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing
- Exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operations
- Manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks are processed correctly
- Communicate directly with guests regarding special requests and large party reservations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Work Varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar Express Gourmet dining environment required
- Previous experience as a Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Manager in Starbucks or a similar high-volume cafe preferred
