Summary: The Banquet Server provides friendly, attentive food and beverage service to create a welcoming and memorable guest experience. This role supports event setup, meal service, and breakdown while working closely with the team to ensure events run smoothly and meet the companys standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
Uphold the highest level of customer service
Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all
Maintain a professional appearance
Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc., for full service of Banquet Events
Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures
Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor
Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events
Maintain positive and professional attitude
Seek council from management when needed
Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success
Follow Health and Safety practices at all times
Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS)

Qualifications:
Previous server experience strongly preferred
Ability to follow directions
Excellent communication and listening skills
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
