Australian Venue Co. is gearing up for a busy summer across Melbourne and we're looking for casual kitchen crew to join our teams!
With a range of pubs, bars and restaurants across Melbourne, we're recruiting for casual opportunities from Kitchen Porters through to Commis Chefs, Cooks and Chefs de Partie.
Whether you're an experienced chef looking for extra shifts or someone keen to build their kitchen experience, we have opportunities to suit a range of skill levels.
What we're looking for
- Kitchen Porters to help keep our kitchens running smoothly
- Cooks and Commis Chefs ready to get stuck into service
- Demi Chefs and Chefs de Partie with experience in busy kitchens
- Reliable team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- People who can work well under pressure and support the wider kitchen team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak summer periods
