Area
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
- Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Train, coach, and develop production employees for growth and success
- Partner with Engineering to support new product launches and process improvements
- Monitor productivity, scrap, rework, and safety performance while implementing improvement plans
- Assign work orders and ensure proper staffing and equipment utilization
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and company operating systems
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations
- Tier One automotive supplier experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license required
