As Certified Medical Assistant Urgent Care, you’ll gather patient information, assess needs, and provide direct, age-appropriate care in an urgent care setting. You’ll collaborate with providers and other health care team members to deliver safe, efficient, family-centered care.
Hours of Operation: Open 7 days a week.
- Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
- High school diploma or GED required
- Graduation from a medical assisting or emergency medical technician program required
- One year of related experience required
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required
- One of the following certifications or licenses required: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, Emergency Medical Technician Basic, Emergency Medical Technician Intermediate, Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic, licensed Paramedic, National Certified Medical Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, or Registered Medical Assistant
