About this role

- Help shape standout client programs and relationship-led experiences for some of Deloitte Australia's most important market connections.

- Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

- Learning roadmaps at every level (virtual, classroom & self-paced)

This is a marketing and relationship-focused opportunity based in Melbourne or Sydney, where you'll help deliver high-quality client experiences that strengthen some of Deloitte's most important external relationships.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you'll support the delivery of client programs and experiences across events, digital marketing, and collateral development. That could mean coordinating event logistics, managing timelines, keeping activity on track, and helping bring campaigns and experiences to life with care and precision.

A big part of your impact will come from making sure stakeholders stay informed, expectations are managed, and delivery happens on time and within budget. You'll also contribute to reporting and process improvements that make planning smoother and help the team keep raising the bar on quality.

Working across a mix of relationship and marketing activity, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and support ad-hoc marketing needs tied to broader client experiences. It's a role with plenty of variety, where strong organisation, sound judgement, and a proactive mindset will take you far.

About the team

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

- Around 3+ years' experience in a generalist marketing role, with exposure to marketing coordination, events, relationship-building, internal communications and/or digital or social channels

- Strong project management skills, with excellent attention to detail

- A proactive, self-starting approach and genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional end-to-end programs and events

- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and external partners

- Experience supporting the rollout of marketing plans, campaigns, or activations

- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performing team

- Experience working across multiple stakeholders in complex environments
